Annie Digs will accept returns or exchanges of any full price merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale items and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at blair@anniedigs.com and let us know your order number and what you’d like to return. We will provide you with instructions for mailing merchandise back.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 15 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Return shipping will most likely cost you more than our $10 flat rate shipping, so to avoid costly return shipping fees, please double check that you have chosen the correct size before ordering! Please see our Size Guide to find the perfect size bed. Annie Digs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we highly recommend customers use an insured and trackable mail service when making returns.
Damaged + Incorrect Items
We’re sorry about the inconvenience! If you were sent the wrong item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please send an email to blair@anniedigs.com within 7 days of receipt so we can send a replacement item to you. A replacement item will be issued, along with a complimentary return shipping label to return the faulty merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear or destructive habits such as chewing.
Exclusions
We reserve the right to exclude large orders from this return policy; in this case, we will send an email to the email address provided during checkout, notifying you that your order is ineligible for returns and give you the option to cancel your order. We reserve the right to modify our returns policy at any time.
